New Ginseng
 
Old Ginseng was destroyed almost completely. Short reason: Nuhvok, the False Messiah was not actually destoryed in the attack on the Ark it just damaged an almost completed project. At some point in the past (I'm guessing anywhere from 500-1400 years ago, mostly so there has been atleast a few generations past since such took place) Nuhvok made the necessary repairs and tracked down and attacked the Trinity.
 
All hell broke loose and the Regi's joined the battle on the side of Nuhvok as they were psychically dominated by the false legendary. When things were looking at their bleakest a previously forgotten legendary emerged, Aruseusu the Creation Pokemon. With one fell swoop the godlike pokemon banished Nuhvok to a place that they called 'The Void'.
 
They did not stick around very long and the devistation was nearly total. The only buildings that remained standing were the Pokecenter which was built to the highest level of disaster regulations, the Bash n Brawl and Squee's Tree. One thing that people of Ginseng are good at is rebuilding.
 
New Ginseng Specifications
 
1 - New Ginseng is built in futuristic style. This means that when they rebuilt the city was given a very small footprint on the ground and all expansion is upwards (or downwards).
 
2 - New Ginseng is built to the strictest disaster code regulations of the time considering the spaceport is nearby it also included spaceship crash as one of the potential disasters.
 
3 - New Ginseng was built 'vertical' rather than outwards. This means towers and tunnels/basement floors. Every other floor is left exposed to the elements and is done in a walkway type pattern. There is a 'hole' in the center where a park exists with Squee's Tree and The Bash N Brawl on the ground level.
 
4 - Transportation within New Ginseng is accomplished by Star Trek-style turbolifts which are encased in some sort of transparent super strong material so one can look outside (or inside if they are on the interior)
 
5 - The Pokemon League Headquarters as well as the Council of 17's chambers are located at the very top of New Ginseng.
 
6 - There must include atleast 1 library, 1 school and 1 post-secondary institution (College/University).
